Search has more interfaces now. The audience still has questions.
A wider discovery journey
People find businesses through search engines, recommendations, social platforms and AI-assisted answers. That can change the shape of a search journey, but it does not remove the need for clear, reliable information.
Start with what people need to know
What is the problem you solve? Who is it for? What makes your approach distinctive? What proof can you show? A website that answers those questions well is easier to use and easier to understand.
Make expertise visible
Use genuine first-hand experience, practical detail and original insight rather than an endless stream of generic articles. An expert voice matters because the web already contains plenty of interchangeable content.
We wouldn't abandon the foundations
Technical accessibility, logical structure, useful links, performance and readable page copy still matter. AI search is not a reason to forget the fundamentals of SEO.
Measure without pretending to control everything
Review the performance evidence you have, refine the content and track commercial outcomes. Promises of guaranteed citations in a third-party AI response are not a sensible strategy.
Be worth finding wherever the audience starts.
